PSE were appointed to provide structural design services for a single-storey basement and rear extension, along with major internal refurbishment works to a property in the borough of Camden. Construction comprised of reinforced concrete underpins, flat slabs, and steel box frames to create open plan space and accommodate large glazed panels/roof lights.
