PSE were appointed to provide structural design services for a large new build house located in the exclusive area of St George’s Hill
(circa 6,000 sq. ft). Generous ceiling heights of 4m were achieved through a robust block work inner-leaf accompanied with steel
wind posts. 9m tall concrete in-filled stone columns were formed along the front elevation.
