PSE were appointed to provide structural design services for a large new build house (6,500 sq. ft) located in Hampstead. Construction comprised of a traditional cavity wall frame supporting cellular steel beams and posi joist floors along with steel frames to facilitate distribution of services and glazed elevations. The basement to the outbuilding was formed using stepoc walls and beam/block flooring. Effective design co-ordination was carried out via the exchanges of 3D Revit models.
